Craig ClementThe Resources Network supports its members in areas of revenue and capital budgets, asset management as well as human resources.
The Network has established close working relationships with the Scottish Government Schools Infrastructure team, COSLA, SFT and the Early Years and Personnel (ADES) Networks and have ensured that ADES concerns are effectively represented nationally.
Recent areas of work have included the Schools Governance Review, Fair Funding, Expansion of Early Learning and Childcare and the most recent Education (Scotland) Bill.

Garry Greenhorn, Head of Planning & Resources, Falkirk Council
Garry Greenhorn Gary is currently Head of Planning and Resources at Falkirk Council Children’s Services. He has held that post for 13 years and has also been Joint Acting Director of Education for a period prior to the formation of a new Children’s Service. Gary is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Management Accountants and has previously worked within Education and Finance Services within both West Lothian Council and Lothian Regional Council. At the start of his career Gary also worked for Eastern Scottish Buses and Scottish Special Housing Association. He is also involved in football and is the Vice Chair of Fauldhouse United FC.
